Short and Quick
Use your money to buy empty tiles and to invest in tiles you already own. The number of cells each tile holds is equal to the total ammount of money on it squared. Put $5 on a tile and you've got yourself 25 cells. The more cells you have, the better your odds of winning.
Rules
1) WinWin works just like a lottery. All the players buy tickets (we call them cells) and when the game ends someone's cell is picked at random, and they win the jackpot. The more cells you own, the greater your chance of winning.
2) Empty tiles cost $1 to purchase. You can purchase as many tiles as you like to increase your chances of winning and block others from playing. Buy all of them and your certain to win, but you'll just be making your own investment back.
3) When the board is half full a countdown timer starts. The game is over at the end of the countdown, whether all the tiles have been purchased or not.
4) THE MOST IMPORTANT: You can add more money to any tile you own $1 at a time. Each tile can represent any number of cells from 1 to infinity. Up until a point, the number of cells each tile represents is equal to the amount of money on that tile squared. A tile with $4 holds 16 cells, add six more dollars and it will hold 100 cells. That's big bang for your bucks!
4.5) While there is no limit on how much money you can place on each tile, the number of cells you will recieve per dollar spent will begin to tapers off by $100, so make sure you buy a few tiles for safe keeping.
5) As your total number of cells increases so to will your chance of winning. However, as competitors invest your odds of winning will decrease in proportion to the total number of cells you own.
6) For every extra dollar spent on a cell, half of it would go to charity. The other half winds up in the jackpot.
Tips
Even if your odds of winning seem low, fear not, you still have a relatively good chance of winning. Remember, when you buy a state lottery ticket your chances are usually 1 in 80,000,000. That's around 0.000001%.
